Because it is part of our mission to enable artists to make a living from their craft, we offer one of the best commission splits in the industry, and therefore do not discount products further. As part of our goal to offer a sustainable alternative to mass-produced items, we decidedly do not participate in the hype of seasonal and flash sales. Artisans decide the price based on what they need to live, and you can feel good about your purchase whenever you are ready.

We can ship outside of the EU upon request. Please get in touch through our contact form or via hello@cremefrech.com and let us know which work you would like to purchase and the shipping address. We will then calculate a new shipping fee and send you an offer before you make the final purchase decision.

We facilitate commissions by guiding you to the right artist based on your style, budget, and timeline, and managing communications so everyone's expectations are aligned. Additionally we make sure there is insurance for your custom piece along the way and that no surprise shipping or import fees arise at the last minute. The same commission split favorable for artists applies, so we believe everyone is happier when we manage the process.

Our team of interior designers and art finders can also help advise on what kind of artwork might suit your space, as well as the recommended size for the given room. If you have any questions we always here to help.

We can of course never guarantee future value of what you purchase; however, we believe in the quality of the pieces on our site and can recommend reading some resources that track the historical value of art over time. If you are interested in buying as an investment, our commission structure again makes creme frech more attractive because most of your money is paying for the work and not the marketing. Compare this to a traditional gallery where the fee is typically half (or more) of the price you pay.
